Bervin Hall Scholarship

The Bervin Hall Memorial Scholarship scholarship was founded in 2009 by the Colorado Chapter ASSE and is administered by the ASSE Foundation.  This scholarship is given in memory of Bervin Hall, an active member of Colorado ASSE who stressed the importance of education and giving back to the SH&E profession.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be in an undergraduate or graduate safety degree program
  • Must have completed at least 60 undergraduate semester hours
  • Must be a full-time student (12 semester-hours undergraduate or 9 semester-hours graduate)
  • Must have GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • $1000 annual award
  • Priority to Colorado Chapter members or students attending school within ASSE Region II (AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, NM, UT, WY)
  • Application Opening: September 1, 2013
  • Application Deadline: December 1, 2013
